Job Description
Job Title: Customer Advisor

Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Advisor to manage daily leads and customer queries for Petipac. The role includes handling IndiaMART inquiries and Instagram leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and converting potential customers.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and respond to IndiaMART inquiries
Handle Instagram DM leads and comments
Follow up with customers and share product details, pricing, and samples
Coordinate with the sales team for client visits and order updates
Maintain a basic lead tracker for daily reporting
Requirements
Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
Ability to handle customers politely and professionally

Working Hours
09.30 AM – 06.30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Salary Range
₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Incentives (performance-based)
