Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Voice Process
Process: Customer Support
Training:
1 month training from office (mandatory)
Training Location: Juinagar Navi Mumbai
Work Mode:
Work from home after successful completion of training
Shift:
Day shift with rotational week off
Split shift – Morning and Evening (4.5 hours login each)
Salary upto:- 20K CTC 16K Inhand
Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls regarding medicine delivery status
Provide correct order updates and resolve queries
Maintain polite and professional communication
