Job Title: Trust & Safety Executive – International Voice Process (BPO)

Location: Goregaon, Mumbai

Job Type: Full-Time (24x7 Rotational Shifts, including Night Shifts)

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

Job Description:We are urgently hiring for a Trust & Safety role in an International Voice Process. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions over calls while ensuring platform safety, compliance, and policy adherence for global clients.

• Eligibility Criteria:Graduates with minimum 1 year of International Voice/BPO experience
• HSC (12th pass) with relevant international voice experience can also apply
• Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
• Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills
• Ability to handle sensitive scenarios and customer escalations
• Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound/outbound international calls related to Trust & Safety concerns
• Identify and address policy violations, suspicious activities, or user complaints
• Guide users on platform policies and safety standards
• Escalate critical or high-risk issues to the concerned teams
• Maintain quality, compliance, and productivity targets
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while enforcing safety guidelines
