Customer Care Executive

We are looking for customer care executives who can handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming calls from the customers.

• Pleasantly interact with customers to ensure satisfaction.

• Respond promptly to customer queries and resolve their issues.

• Maintain details of enquiries, comments and complaints on CRM.

• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments. 

• Follow up on customer interactions. 

• Maintain customer database on CRM.

Candidates Requirements

• HSC Passed or Any Graduate

• Should have minimum 6 months experience. 

• Good communication skills- verbal and written (English and Hindi).

• Customer satisfaction-oriented.

• Good listening and interpersonal skills.
