 About the Role: 

Join our dynamic team as a Customer Care Executive supporting a prestigious US Law Firm. This is a night shift role (to align with US business hours) with two consecutive days off per week. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel in communication, we want you on our team! 

 

 Key Responsibilities: 

-Handle the calls of the customers of the law firm with courtesy and empathy

Accurately enter new client details into the database. 

- Communicate professionally via email and phone with insurance companies to confirm legal representation. 

- Set up claims by coordinating with insurance providers. 

- Organize and file client documents systematically. 

- Perform the back office tasks

- Request and follow up on medical records from healthcare providers and insurers. 

- Adapt to evolving business needs

by taking on additional responsibilities as required. 

 

 What We’re Looking For: 

- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (US client-facing role). 

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation. 

- Proactive and professional approach in handling client and insurer interactions. 

- Ability to work night shifts comfortably (US business hours).
