Job Summary:

We're looking for a skilled Performance Marketing Manager to drive online growth and customer acquisition through paid campaigns. You'll create and optimize ads on various platforms, targeting new and existing customers to drive measurable transactions and engagement.

Duties & Responsibilities : Customer Service Executive

• Resolving customer issues and concerns efficiently
• Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Maintaining a deep understanding of our products,
• Services and policies to address customer concerns effectively.
• Responding to customer inquiries accurately and on time, through various channels, including phone, email and chat.
• Maintain detailed logs of customer complaints, feedback, and resolution status 
• Update customer profiles with relevant information for future reference
