Job Summary
We are looking a Fresher/Exp for a Customer Care Executive cum Back Office profile to manage student/parent inquiries, assist in admission conversions, and handle backend administrative work.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle calls and inquiries from parents and students for home tuition.
* Understand requirements such as class, subject, board, location, and timing.
* Explain the tuition process and teacher matching system.
* Coordinate between parents and teachers for demo classes.
* Follow up to confirm tuition admissions.
* Maintain student inquiries, admission records, and data entries.
* Manage WhatsApp communication and basic office operations.
Requirements
* Good communication and convincing skills.
* Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and WhatsApp.
* Organized and responsible.
