Job Overview

We are looking for Customer Support Executives for a premium international airline process. This is a non-voice role in an international BPO, ideal for candidates who excel in written communication and are passionate about delivering excellent customer service via email and chat support.

  • Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through email and chat in a timely and professional manner

Resolve concerns related to bookings, cancellations, and airline services

Ensure high-quality, accurate, and well-structured responses

Maintain service standards and achieve performance metrics

Coordinate with internal teams for quick issue resolution

  • Eligibility Criteria
  • Graduate (mandatory)
  • Graduate freshers can also apply
  • HSC (12th pass) with relevant experience can also apply
  • Freshers and experienced candidates welcome

Prior experience in chat/email support preferred

Excellent written English communication skills

Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency

Comfortable working in a 24x7 shift environment

Work Schedule

5 days working

2 rotational week-offs

Rotational shifts (including night shifts)
