Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Executives for our International Voice and Chat Process. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing resolutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience while maintaining high service standards.

  • Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions through voice calls and chat support.

Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.

Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Document customer interactions and update records in the system.

Follow company policies and process guidelines.

Meet performance metrics such as quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

  • Eligibility Criteria

Graduates: Freshers or candidates with minimum 6 months of experience in BPO/Customer Service can apply.

HSC (12th Pass): Must have at least 6 months of BPO/Customer Service experience.

Good communication skills in English.

Basic computer knowledge and typing skills required.

Work Schedule

5 Days Working

2 Rotational Week Offs

24/7 Rotational Shifts (including Night Shifts)

  1. Hiring boundary: mira road to Churchgate (western line)
  2. Thane to mumbai CST (Central line )
