Job Description :(JD)We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Telesales Executives to promote and sell Spices, Dry Fruits, and Pulses through outbound and inbound calls. The role focuses on lead conversion, order generation, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers to promote spices, dry fruits, and pulses.
• Handle inbound sales inquiries and explain product details, quality, pricing, and offers.
• Convert leads into confirmed orders/sales and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain customer records, order details, and follow-up status in the system.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to increase order value.
• Coordinate with the dispatch/logistics team for timely order fulfillment.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

Use MBSC Port data to call and connect with customers.

Verify customer details and understand their requirements.

• Provide basic information about services/products as guided by the company.
• Required Skills & Competencies:Good communication and convincing skills.
• Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge (data entry, Excel, CRM).
• Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
• Fluency in local language; Hindi/English preferred.
