Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for sales. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers to promote our loan products, addressing inquiries, and converting leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential clients to sale corporate loans BL, HL, LAP, OD, CC and govt. schemes like MSME and CGTMSE.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening.
- Customer Interaction: Provide detailed information about loan products, including terms, interest rates, and eligibility criteria.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls with leads and clients to address any concerns and move them through the sales process.
- Data Entry: Accurately record and maintain customer information and call details in the CRM system.
- Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Customer Service: Address customer queries and concerns professionally and effectively to ensure a positive experience.
- Compliance: Adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines to ensure ethical and legal practices in all interactions.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in calling, loans sales, minimum 1 to 4yrs experience
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and friendly behaviour.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and handle objections.
- Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and handle a high volume of calls.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Education: BCom, BMS; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
- Language: Good English, Hindi, Marathi and Gujrati is preferred, depending on the client base.
