Customer Service Executive

·        Encouraging & Training the team to Identify and assess guest needs to achieve satisfaction.

·        Keep track of records of guest interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.

·        Analyzing service parameters, team voice audits and working towards improving them.

·        Making reports on service calls data, escalations and enquiries.

·        Assessment of guest service metrics from time to time to identify lead points and weak spots.

·        Coordinating with management, branches and different departments as well.

·        Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on guest escalations.
