• Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.

Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.

Provide accurate information about services.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication skills.

Document customer interactions and update records in the system.

Follow company policies and quality standards during customer interactions.

• Eligibility Criteria
• Qualification:

HSC (12th Pass) with minimum 6 months of experience in BPO/Customer Service, OR

Graduate Freshers, OR

Graduates with minimum 6 months of experience.

Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).

Basic computer knowledge.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule

5 days working

2 rotational weekly offs

24/7 rotational shifts

9-hour shift (including break)

Must be comfortable working in night shifts.
