Role AM Customer Service (Inbound)

• Manage inbound customer calls in Tamil (mandatory) and English, ensuring effective query resolution.
• Handle customer concerns related to products, services, and transactions with accuracy and empathy.
• Ensure first-call resolution while meeting defined quality and productivity benchmarks.
• Record call details and updates accurately in the CRM system.
• Escalate unresolved issues as per process and ensure timely closure.
• Maintain compliance with service guidelines and internal policies to deliver a positive customer experience.
