You are the General of a 14-member sales army conquering the Western Suburbs. Your battlefield: 2,100 site visits, 250 bookings, 240 broker alliances in 90 days. Lead, train, track, and triumph.

- War-room Strategy: Daily stand-ups, weekly MIS, monthly conquest reports
- QA Sniper: Audit 10% of calls, coach on script mastery, ensure 90%+ adherence
- Broker Alliance Architect: Oversee 240 MoUs, activate WhatsApp war-groups
- CRM Overlord: 100% real-time entries, zero data leaks
- Morale General: Zero attrition, 4.5/5 team happiness
