Our goal is to provide beautiful products and an excellent customer experience. As we expand, we are looking for a dedicated Sales & Customer Support Executive to help manage customer communication and convert inquiries into sales.

Compensation Structure• Base Salary: ₹4,000 per month

• Sales Commission: 5% on every offline order converted (No upper limit)

• Review Incentive: ₹30 per positive customer review

Your income grows directly with the number of sales you convert and reviews you generate.

Earning Potential (Example)This role offers unlimited earning potential through commissions.

Example Scenario (Monthly):

If you convert ₹3,00,000 worth of offline sales in a month

• Sales Commission = 5% of ₹3,00,000 = ₹15,000

If you help collect 100 positive customer reviews

• Review Incentive = 100 × ₹30 = ₹3,000

Fixed Salary = ₹4,000

Total Example Monthly Earnings

₹4,000 (Base Salary)

₹15,000 (Sales Commission)

₹3,000 (Review Incentive)

Total = ₹22,000 per month

There is no upper limit on sales commission, and as Tangy Oak continues to grow, new customer inquiries regularly come through our website and social media.

Key Responsibilities1. Order Confirmation Calls• Call customers who have placed orders to confirm address, product details, and delivery information.

• Ensure order details are accurate before dispatch.

2. RTO & Unreachable Customer Follow-up• Call customers when orders are marked RTO (Return to Origin) or unreachable.

• Coordinate with customers to reattempt delivery.

3. Customer Support• Respond to customer queries on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and Email.

• Provide product details and assist customers with order-related queries.

4. Social Media Engagement• Post attractive content 3–4 times per week on social media (Reels, Stories, or Posts).

• Respond to comments and messages to improve engagement.

5. Offline Sales Conversion• Handle customers who prefer to order directly instead of the website.

• Explain product details and convert them into offline orders.

• Customers receive 5% additional discount, and you earn 5% commission on each order converted.

6. Returns Feedback• Call customers who return products and understand the reason for return.

• Share feedback internally to improve product and service quality.

7. Review Collection• Call customers after delivery and encourage them to post reviews on Google and Facebook.

8. Record Keeping• Maintain basic records in Excel / Google Sheets for:

• Customer inquiries
• Order status
• Delivery updates

Training will be provided for all tools and processes.

Ideal Candidate• Strong communication skills in Hindi and basic English

• Comfortable making customer calls and handling chats

• Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets

• Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude

• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or social media handling is a plus
