Job Role: Customer Service Executive

Process: Chat

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle customer queries via chat professionally
2. Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently
3. Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality
4. Follow company processes and compliance guidelines

Requirements:

1. Min 6 months experience in customer service
2. Banking domain experience preferred
3. Excellent communication and problem solving skills
4. Ability to work in shifts (including night shifts)

Work Details:

1. 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Weekly Offs
2. 9 Hours shifts
3. Salary Up to 5.25 LPA
