Job Title:* Customer support executive
**Location:** Lower Parel East, Mumbai
**Work Timings:**
* Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
**Job Description:**
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Executive – Existing Clients to manage and grow relationships with our current customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent service, addressing client queries, and identifying opportunities to upsell or renew services.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
* Handle client inquiries promptly and ensure timely resolution of issues.
* Understand client needs and recommend suitable products or services.

* Ensure timely reminders, notifications, and follow-ups are sent to customers.
