Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Voice Process

Process: PharmEasy Customer Support

Job Type: Work From Home (After Training)

Training:

1 month training from office (mandatory)

Work Mode:

Work from home after successful completion of training

Shift:

Day shift with rotational week off

Split shift – Morning and Evening (4.5 hours login each)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls regarding medicine delivery status
  • Provide correct order updates and resolve queries
  • Maintain polite and professional communication
