Role: Customer Support Executive (Voice)

🔹 Job Description:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls for international customers
• Resolve queries efficiently with a customer-first approach
• Maintain high-quality communication and service standards
• Work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

🔹 Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1 year BPO experience in International Voice Process, OR
• HSC with 6 months experience in voice process / 1 year international voice experience, OR
• Graduate freshers can apply
• Excellent English communication skills
• Comfortable with rotational/night shifts
