Job Title: Customer Support Executive – US Banking Process (Work From Home)
Job Location: Work From Home (Remote)
Training Location: Work From Office (Mandatory – Western Line)
Job Description:We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a US Banking Process. This is a work-from-home role for candidates with excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to handle international customers efficiently.
- Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls for US banking customers
- Assist with account-related queries, transactions, and issue resolution
- Deliver high-quality customer service with professionalism
- Follow banking compliance and data security guidelines
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Eligibility Criteria:Graduation is mandatory (any stream)
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Candidates must be from Western Line locations only (mandatory)
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts)
- Work Schedule:5 Days Working
- 2 Rotational Week Offs
- 24x7 Rotational Shifts
- Work From Home Requirements:Wi-Fi speed of minimum 100 Mbps
- Power backup (Generator/UPS/Inverter) is mandatory
- Dedicated, quiet workspace
- Training Details:1 Month Training will be provided by the company
- Training will be conducted from the office (mandatory to attend)
- Candidates must visit the office during the training period before transitioning to Work From Home
- Salary & Benefits:Salary: ₹27,000 to ₹34,000 per month
