• Job Title: Customer Service Executive – International Voice & Chat Process

Location be: Malad, Mumbai

Job Summary:We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Voice & Chat Process team. The role involves handling customer queries from global clients via calls and chat, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound international customer interactions via voice and chat
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and call quality
• Accurately document customer interactions in the system
• Follow company processes and compliance guidelines
• Meet performance metrics such as quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
• Eligibility Criteria:Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Prior experience in international BPO (voice/chat) preferred (freshers with good communication can also apply)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Work Schedule:5 days working 2 rotational off
• 24/7 shift environment (Night shifts included)
• Salary & Benefits:Salary: ₹28,000 to ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
