Job Title: Data Analyst (Airoli – Axis Process)

Location: Airoli, Mumbai

Qualification: Graduate

Experience: 1–2 years

Work Timings: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM (Fixed week off on Sunday)

Preferred Location: Candidates residing between Dadar–Thane or Thane–Panvel

Gender: Female

Job Summary: The Data Analyst will be responsible for designing, managing, and maintaining efficient systems for data collection, storage, and retrieval. The role requires ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of data across various business lines, regions, team leaders, and respondents, while transforming data into actionable insights for business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:· Design, develop, and manage data collection, storage, and retrieval systems and processes.

·       Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all business lines and locations.

·       Coordinate with Quality Check teams, Team Leaders, and Vertical Leads for data cleaning, validation, and consolidation.

·       Organize and analyze data to generate meaningful insights and business intelligence.

·       Prepare analytical reports segmented by region, city, respondent, demographics, and product categories.

·       Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data, and present findings through charts, dashboards, and visual reports.

·       Ensure timely completion of assigned projects and deliverables within set timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:· Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

·       Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy.

·       Good communication and coordination skills.

·       Proven experience or strong working knowledge of MS Excel and Advanced Excel.

·       Proficiency in MS PowerPoint for analytical reporting and presentations.
