Data Entry Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain data in the new ERP system with accuracy and speed.
• Assist in migrating existing data from old systems to the new ERP platform.
• Coordinate with different departments to collect, verify, and validate required data.
• Identify data inconsistencies and follow up to ensure correction and completeness.
• Generate reports from the ERP system as required.
• Support the team during ERP implementation, testing, and go-live phases.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow company data management guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in data entry, preferably with exposure to ERP software (SAP, Tally ERP, Oracle, or similar).
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to learn new software quickly.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in construction or related industries.
• Basic understanding of accounts, billing, or inventory will be an added advantage.
