Job Role

Recover outstanding payments from customers through field visits and calls. This is a target-driven role with direct accountability for collections. Results matter. Excuses don’t.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customers to collect overdue EMIs / payments as per assigned bucket.
• Coordinate with customers via calls and in-person follow-ups.
• Negotiate repayment plans and ensure timely collections.
• Update daily collection status and receipts.
• Escalate high-risk or non-cooperative cases to the supervisor.
• Maintain professional conduct and follow compliance guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 10th pass (12th preferred)
• Prior experience in field collections is an advantage (freshers can apply)
• Must have a smartphone
• Two-wheeler preferred
• Ready for field work and pressure targets
