Job Title : Telecaller – Loan Collection Process

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Telecaller to handle loan collection activities. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers to remind them about overdue payments, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding dues while maintaining a professional and courteous approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Call customers regarding overdue loan payments.

Explain outstanding dues and payment deadlines clearly.

Negotiate payment arrangements as per company guidelines.

Maintain accurate call records and update customer details in the system.

Follow up regularly to ensure timely collections.Escalate unresolved cases to the concerned department.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly collection targets.

Requirements:

Minimum High School / Graduate (preferred).

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.

Prior experience in loan collection / telecalling is an advantage.
