Job Description:

We are looking for a Call Collection Executive to handle loan recovery through phone calls. The role involves contacting customers, reminding them about overdue payments, and ensuring timely collections while following company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers for payment follow-ups
• Explain outstanding dues and payment options clearly
• Convince customers to make timely payments
• Maintain proper call records and payment updates
• Follow collection processes and compliance guidelines
• Coordinate with team leaders for escalated cases

Requirements:

• Basic communication skills (Hindi/English preferred)
• Willingness to work in a target-oriented environment
• Basic computer knowledge
• Prior collection or call centre experience is a plus
