Delivery Executive

*Deliver test reports, invoices, bills, and other documents to customers as assigned.

*Ensure documents are delivered on time and to the correct recipient.

*Collect customer signatures/acknowledgements for every delivery

*Upload delivery acknowledgements immediately into the ERP or share with the concerned department.

*Coordinate with the customer support Teams for daily delivery schedules.

*Communicate any delivery issues (customer not available, address change, etc.) to the reporting respective customer support officer.

*Support in collecting cheques, documents from clients/vendors when assigned.

*Maintain a daily log of all deliveries completed and keep record kilometers start 1st project to every project at the time and submit every week to respective officer. 

*Ensure record accuracy in ERP/system.

*If any report or tax invoice query is received at the time delivery from the customer, please highlight it to your superior immediately.

*Clarify basic queries and redirect customers to the concerned department for technical or billing issues.

*Maintain professional behavior while interacting with customers.

*Two wheeler is must. With valid license.

*Male Candidate preferred this is a field job.
