JD Sales

Opening @ delhi Mumbai Hyderabad Chennai


Keeping in contact with existing customers in person and by phone

Making appointments with and meeting new customers

Agreeing sales, prices, contracts and payments

Meeting sales targets

Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service if needed

Recording orders and sending details to the sales office.

Giving feedback on sales trends

 


Maintain consistent contact and provide sales and service to all customers (retailers and distributors) in your specific assigned region.


•    Assist the Director with promotional ideas to increase business within the region.

•    Assist in managing the distributors network in your region with the Director

•    Achieve sales revenue numbers, budget & profit goals for your assigned region.

•    Assist in managing quarterly/annual sales budgets and objectives within your region.

•    Understand and utilize syndicated data to identify sales opportunities and develop sales presentations for assigned regions.

•    Provide feedback to management from key retail and distributor customers.

•    Make regularly scheduled sales calls on all major customers within your region.



Job Description;


Communications Management:


• Regular communications of sales calls and results to the Director, internal teams.


•    Provide monthly sales reports, monthly expense reports, and any assigned reports to the Director in a timely manner.


•    Regular contact with Super stockist, Distributors to ensure a seamless continuity of efforts.


 


Business Planning:


•    Execute the sales volume numbers, trade spending objectives and any other goals given by the Director.


•    Specific interaction with marketing – i.e. –Sales Support Materials, packaging Shows, etc.


•    Identify and track all industry trends and issues – i.e. – natural and retail grocery growth, appointment of super stockist & distributors, changes, opportunities, segment variations, etc. Recommend an expedient/appropriate action plan to the Director.


 


Results Tracking & Management:


 


•    Implement all tracking/reporting tools, in conjunction with Finance, Customer Service, etc.


•  appoint super stockiest , distribution with company policies Assist in managing your regional budget by SKU and trade spending for all brands maintain cash flow.
