Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing online marketing campaigns, enhancing brand presence across various digital channels, and driving growth through lead generation, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in online marketing and be up-to-date with the latest digital trends and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns and optimize them to improve ROI.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitors.
• Create, manage, and optimize content across digital channels, including websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content for social media, blogs, and website.
• Manage SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
• Execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure success, and provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Assist with the planning and execution of promotional events or product launches via digital channels.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align digital campaigns with business goals and objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
• Proficiency with marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and others.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) for content creation.
• Knowledge of influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, and advanced email marketing strategies.
• Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, or other digital marketing platforms are a plus.
