Position Overview:We are looking for a Digital Marketer & Meta Ads Specialist who can manage and scale Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and implement strategies to generate consistent ROI for our clients.

• Key Responsibilities:Create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
• Conduct audience research and competitor analysis.
• Develop ad creatives and write compelling ad copy that converts.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPL, etc.).
• Collaborate with the creative team to improve ad visuals and landing pages.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and algorithm changes in Meta Ads and digital marketing.
• Requirements:Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in running paid Meta Ads campaigns.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing funnels and pixel tracking.
• Familiarity with Ads Manager, Business Manager, and performance reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Preferred (Not Mandatory):Experience in salon, beauty, or service-based niches.
• Knowledge of Google Ads, email marketing, or content marketing.
