🎯 Role Objective:

To source, onboard, manage, and retain drivers to ensure uninterrupted service across all government and corporate contracts.

This is both a Recruitment + Operations + Discipline role.

• 🔥 Key Responsibilities1️⃣ Driver Recruitment (Very Important)Actively source drivers from:

• Local transport unions
• Driver networks
• RTO contacts
• OLX / Facebook groups
• Referrals
• Maintain ready pool of drivers
• Conduct interviews & document verification
• Handle joining formalities

👉 This person should always keep pipeline ready.

No last-minute panic.

• 2️⃣ Driver Database ManagementMaintain Excel database:
• 
  
• License validity
• Badge expiry
• Police verification
• Aadhar/PAN
• Bank details
• Track renewals before expiry
• 3️⃣ Deployment & AttendanceDaily attendance monitoring
• Replace absent drivers immediately
• Coordinate with admin officer in Pune/Mumbai
• Maintain standby drivers for emergency
• 4️⃣ Discipline & Performance ControlUniform & grooming standards
• Government protocol training
• Client complaint handling
• Penalty system for misconduct
• Reward system for best drivers
• 5️⃣ Retention StrategyBuild driver loyalty
• Conduct monthly meetings
• Solve payment & behavioral issues
• Reduce driver attrition

• Strong local network of drivers
• Street-smart personality
• Can handle 100+ drivers firmly
• Basic Excel knowledge
• Marathi + Hindi compulsory
