E-Commerce Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage end-to-end order processing and ensure smooth order fulfillment operations. The role involves handling incoming orders, coordinating with internal teams and logistics partners, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Process daily orders from e-commerce platforms in an accurate and timely manner
• Monitor order status from confirmation to delivery
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for order dispatch
• Ensure proper order documentation, invoicing, and shipping details
• Track shipments and proactively resolve delivery issues or delays
• Handle order cancellations, returns, and exchanges
• Maintain and update order records in internal systems
• Communicate with customer support teams regarding order-related queries
• Ensure compliance with platform SLAs (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)
• Generate reports on order status, delays, and fulfillment performance
