Role Overview

The Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination among the Sales, Designing, and Production teams while maintaining effective communication, discipline, and operational efficiency within the organization. This role involves daily monitoring, reporting, vendor and client coordination, and supporting the Directors in managing company operations and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Coordination & Daily Updates

● Take daily updates from the Sales, Designing, and Production teams.

● Maintain and update the Daily Activity Tracker with the latest progress from all departments.

● Ensure all inter-departmental communications are clear, accurate, and timely.

● Foster good coordination among teams to maintain a smooth workflow.

2. Vendor & Client Management

● Take daily updates from vendors regarding material supply, timelines, or pending actions.

● Follow up with clients and vendors for any outstanding payments or pending documentation.

● Schedule and align client/vendor meetings with the Directors, as required
