E-commerce Executive / Marketplace Specialist

Position: E-commerce Executive / Marketplace Specialist

Department: E-commerce / Online Sales

Experience Required: 1 – 3 Years (in Amazon / Flipkart Account Handling)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and other marketplaces.
• Create, update, and optimize product listings, titles, keywords, and descriptions for better ranking and visibility.
• Handle A+ Content, product images, infographics, and brand store updates.
• Execute and monitor Amazon Advertising & Flipkart Ads campaigns to achieve performance targets.
• Plan and implement Deals, Coupons, Promotions, and Seasonal Offers.
• Monitor account health, performance metrics, and order fulfillment.
• Manage Safe-T claims, return cases, and ensure timely resolutions.
• Coordinate with inventory and accounts teams for product availability, pricing, and reconciliation.
• Analyze sales reports and traffic data to identify growth opportunities.
• Stay updated on marketplace trends, new tools, and competitor activity.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
• Experience in A+ Content, Ads Management, and Product Optimization.
• Good command over Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
• Understanding of e-commerce accounting basics and payment reconciliation.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Creative mindset with analytical problem-solving ability.

Qualification:

• Graduate (Any Stream)
• MBA in Marketing / E-commerce (Preferred but not mandatory)
