Job Description:Sonic Industries is looking for a proactive E-commerce Executive to manage and support online sales operations across various e-commerce platforms. The candidate will be responsible for product listings, order processing, and coordination to ensure smooth online business operations.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, website, Indiamart, TradeIndia
• Upload and update product details, prices, and images
• Process online orders and coordinate dispatch
• Handle returns, replacements, and customer queries
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with the warehouse team
• Track sales, prepare basic reports, and analyze performance
• Coordinate with courier partners and platforms for issue resolution
• Ensure timely updates and compliance with platform policies
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Graduate or equivalent qualification
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online selling
• Familiarity with MS Excel and basic computer operations
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience:1–2 years of e-commerce or online sales experience preferred
• Freshers with interest and basic knowledge of e-commerce can apply
