Electrical Technician

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Maintenance & Repair: Regularly inspect and maintain the society’s main electrical panels, distribution boards, transformers, and backup generators (DG sets).
• Troubleshooting: Identify and repair electrical faults, such as tripped circuits, faulty switches, light fixtures, and electrical, electronic, or electromechanical components.
• Common Area Services: Maintain lighting in common areas, corridors, compound lights, parking lighting, and elevators.
• Utility Services: Repair and maintain electrical motors for water pumping systems.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all electrical installations comply with local safety codes and regulations.
• Resident Assistance: Address individual apartment electrical issues related to common infrastructure (e.g., billing meters).
• Record Keeping: Maintain records of daily maintenance activities, repairs, and energy consumption, if required.
