Job Overview: We are seeking a Senior R&D Engineer with strong technical expertise in electronics and robotics, and a solid understanding of the technical aspects of government and private tenders. The ideal candidate will not only lead innovation through R&D projects but also engage with clients, understand tender requirements, and contribute to technical documentation and curriculum preparation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical Research & Development  Lead and execute R&D projects in the areas of electronics and robotics.  Develop innovative, practical solutions for real-world challenges.  Prototype and test systems to validate designs and refine performance. 2. Tender Involvement  Understand technical requirements and specifications outlined in government/private tenders.  Contribute to the preparation of technical proposals, BOMs, and solution documents for tenders.  Prepare technical content, curriculum, and training material as part of tender deliverables. 3. Client Communication & Support  Interact with clients to gather requirements, present solutions, and conduct product demonstrations.  Explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.  Provide post-delivery technical support and guidance where needed. 4. Documentation & Reporting  Prepare detailed design documents, test reports, user manuals, and project documentation.  Ensure technical records are well-organized and up to date for internal and client use. Required Qualifications:  Bachelor's or master’s degree in Electronics or EXTC Engineering.  Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in R&D, especially in electronics and robotics.  Strong knowledge of Robotics Systems, Embedded Electronics, Microcontrollers, and Sensors.  Experience working with tender documents and technical proposal writing.  Strong programming skills in one or more of the following: C/C++, Python, Embedded C, or similar languages.  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.  Strong communication skills (written and verbal).  Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
