Civil/Mechanical Engineering Apprentice (Façade Design) – Lodha Group

Location: Mumbai

Position Summary

We are hiring Civil/Mechanical Engineering Apprentices to support the Façade Design team. This role provides practical exposure to façade systems, technical coordination, and building envelope engineering within large-scale real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in façade system drawings and layouts

Interpret architectural designs into buildable solutions

Review shop drawings and material samples

Prepare presentations and technical documentation

Participate in cross-functional design coordination

Study façade performance (thermal, acoustic, structural, waterproofing)

Maintain drawing databases and document control

Learn digital tools and parametric modeling

Qualifications

B.E./B.Tech Civil/Mechanical (2023–2025 pass-outs)

Strong interest in façade design or construction

Knowledge of drawings/AutoCAD preferred

Good communication and teamwork skills
