Enterprise Sales Manager - Software Horsepower - Field sales -Work from Home
Software Horsepower is a global WOMEN-driven software distributor enabling organizations to adopt leading SaaS solutions across security, productivity, IT, and business applications.
We are looking for a results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to own and grow the enterprise business in a specific city. The role requires proactive client meetings, relationship building, and driving closures across our software portfolio. This is a flexible work-from-home role with mandatory field sales engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new enterprise clients within the assigned city
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with CXOs, IT Heads, and decision-makers
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, demos, proposals, negotiation, and closure
- Cross-sell and upsell multiple SaaS products from our portfolio
- Build long-term relationships with key accounts
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast reporting
- Collaborate with internal pre-sales and vendor teams
Requirements
- 1–3 years of B2B enterprise sales experience (SaaS/IT preferred)
- Strong local market network and ability to open doors
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven and comfortable working independently
