Event Manager

Location: Mumbai (with travel for events as needed)

Job Type: Full-time | On-site + On-ground event travel

Work Schedule: 6 days/week | Includes weekends and event days (flexible timing during events)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and energetic Event Executive to lead Simply Gaming’s gaming events and also help in growing our client base by reaching out to event companies and potential partners.

This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about gaming, has a flair for coordination and client communication, and enjoys building strong business relationships within the events and entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Showcasing our event offerings catalogue to event companies and potential partners.
• Pre-Event Planning & Coordination Coordinate with clients to understand event requirements, timings, and venue logistics
• Prepare event checklists, manpower requirements, and console equipment planning
• Plan gaming setups (PS5, PS4, Xbox, VR, racing wheels, monitors, etc.)
• Schedule delivery/logistics and coordinate with transport vendors and rental staff
• On-ground Event Execution: Supervise event setup, ensure correct placement of branding, consoles, and displays
• Brief attendants and support staff about the event flow and gaming formats
• Manage guest experience, queue control, and smooth functioning during the event
• Troubleshoot any tech issues and maintain quality standards throughout the event
• Have to travel to different cities as and when needed.

Post-Event Tasks:

• Collect photos, videos, and client testimonials for reporting and marketing
• Supervise proper packing, damage checks, and return of equipment
• Share event summary, learnings, and recommendations with internal teams
