Fashion Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible professional to handle offline fabric purchasing, tailor workshop coordination, artist measurements and trials, mannequin draping, and customer photo updates. The role requires good fabric knowledge, coordination skills, and attention to garment fit and finishing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Fabric Purchasing (Offline Market)

• Visit local/offline fabric markets for sourcing materials as per design and client requirements

• Identify suitable fabrics (cotton, silk, georgette, chiffon, satin, linen, etc.)

• Negotiate prices and ensure quality, color accuracy, and fabric quantity

• Maintain fabric purchase records and bills

2. Tailor Workshop Handling

• Coordinate with tailors, cutters, and embroidery workers

• Allocate work and monitor stitching progress

• Ensure timely completion of garments

• Maintain quality control and finishing standards

3. Artist / Client Measurement & Trial

• Take accurate body measurements of artists/clients

• Coordinate trial fittings and note alteration requirements

• Communicate changes clearly to tailors

• Ensure perfect fitting as per design and comfort

4. Draping on Mannequin

• Drape sarees, dresses, gowns, and outfits on mannequins

• Arrange pleats, falls, and styling properly for display

• Prepare outfits for photography and customer previews

5. Customer Coordination & Photo Sharing

• Click clear photos/videos of outfits on mannequin or model

• Share updates with customers via WhatsApp or other platforms

• Handle customer feedback and coordinate required changes

• Maintain professionalism in communication

6. Inventory & Record Management

• Maintain records of fabrics, work-in-progress, and finished garments

• Track deliveries and dispatch status

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good knowledge of fabrics and garment construction

• Experience in boutique, fashion studio, or tailoring workshop

• Ability to take accurate measurements and handle trials

• Basic smartphone photography skills

• Good coordination and communication skills

• Experience: 1–5 years (fashion studio/boutique preferred)

Job timing 10 am to 10 pm in a month 3 Sunday holiday salary 20000-28000 in hand . Office mobile , Internet work related travel conveyance and annual bonus provided by the company minimum experience more than one year in this field .
