Location: Mumbai & Surrounding Areas (Thane, Navi Mumbai, Kalyan–Dombivli, Mira–Bhayander, Vasai–Virar)

Position OverviewWe are looking for a result-oriented Project Sales Executive to drive business development for Stainless Steel Kitchen Sinks through Builders, Developers, Contractors, Architects, Interior Designers, PMC Consultants, and Government/Institutional Projects in the Mumbai region.


The role involves project acquisition, specification work, site conversions, relationship management, and achieving targeted project-based sales.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Sales & Business DevelopmentIdentify and generate new business opportunities with:

  • Real Estate Developers & Builders (Residential & Redevelopment)
  • Contractors & PMC Consultants
  • Institutional & Corporate Housing Projects
  • Government Housing Boards / CPWD / PWD / SRA / MHADA / CIDCO
  • Specify brand & secure approval in BOQ and material selection stage.
  • Convert project enquiries into orders through consistent follow-up and value-based selling.


2. Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers:

  • Promoters / Project Heads
  • Purchase, Procurement & Engineering Teams
  • Architect & Design Firms
  • Contractor & Site Teams
  • Conduct product presentations, sample demonstrations & technical discussions.
  • Ensure timely resolution of client concerns, post-sales service, and repeat business.

3. Project Tracking & ConversionTrack upcoming, ongoing & approved residential and commercial projects.

  • Regular site visits for sampling, negotiations, and finalization.
  • Submit quotations, negotiate pricing, and close orders strategically.
  • Ensure material dispatch coordination with internal team and project timelines.

4. Reporting & DocumentationMaintain project pipeline, client database and meeting records.

  • Submit daily/weekly activity reports with key updates on:
  • Project status
  • New inquiries generated
  • Approvals & negotiations in progress
  • Coordinate with HO for pricing, samples, approvals & documentation.

5. Marketing & Brand PromotionParticipate in industry networking events, exhibitions, architect forums.

  • Contact architects/contractors meets & product awareness sessions.
  • Distribute product catalogues, technical literature
  • 🎯 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)No. of New Projects Added in Pipeline Monthly
  • BOQ / Specification Approvals Secured
  • No. of Architect & Builder Relationships Activated
  • Sample to Order Conversion Ratio
