Field Sales Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Mutual Fund Sales Executive to join PGK. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring clients, promoting mutual fund products, building long-term investor relationships, and meeting monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new clients for mutual fund investments.
• Explain product features, benefits, and suitability to clients.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the back-office/operations team for smooth execution of transactions.
• Stay updated with market trends, mutual fund schemes, and compliance guidelines.
• QualificationsGraduate in Finance/Commerce/Business (preferred).
• AMFI/NISM Mutual Fund Distributors Certification (must be cleared or willing to clear).
• 0–3 years of sales/financial advisory experience (mutual funds/insurance/banking preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented with ability to work under pressure.
