We are seeking two highly motivated Sales & Service Executives to join our Medical Device Division.


Job Title: Sales & Service Executive ( 2 nos) - Medical Device Division

Job Summary:

Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and hospitals to promote and sell medical instruments, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Prospect Identification: Conduct cold calls to identify potential customers and generate new business leads.


2. Product Demonstration: Showcase our medical instruments to healthcare professionals, highlighting features, benefits, and applications.


3. Competitive Differentiation: Clearly articulate how our products differ from competitors, emphasizing unique selling points and value proposition.


4. Sales Conversion: Persuade doctors to adopt our products, addressing their concerns and providing tailored solutions.


5. Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships with doctors, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.


6. Surgical Support: Assist doctors in the operating theater (OT) to ensure seamless product usage and optimal outcomes.


7. Payment Follow-up: Coordinate with doctors and hospitals to facilitate timely payment collection.


8. Logistics and Delivery Tracking: Monitor the delivery of instruments before and after surgical procedures, ensuring efficient supply chain management.


Requirements:

- BSc, BPharm, BE Biomedical, OT Technician, or a related field.

- 0-3 years of experience in medical sales or business development.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.


Desirable Skills:

- Knowledge of medical instruments and healthcare industry.


Location:

Our office is located in Dahisar, Western Mumbai. We prefer candidates from Western Mumbai.
