Job Overview

No prior insurance experience is required. Training and support will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers and generate leads through networking, referrals, and social connections.
• Understand clients’ financial needs and recommend suitable life and health insurance plans.
• Explain policy benefits, features, and coverage clearly to clients.
• Assist clients with policy applications and documentation.
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients for policy renewals and additional coverage.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of financial products (training will be provided)
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
• Age: 18 years and above
