About the Role: AskKnatural is looking for a passionate and certified Fitness Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will help clients achieve their fitness and wellness goals through personalized training programs, professional guidance, and ongoing motivation. This role requires a combination of technical fitness knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire clients to adopt a healthier lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Assessment & Goal Setting: Conduct detailed assessments of clients’ physical fitness, health history, and lifestyle to create a baseline and set achievable fitness goals.
• Personalized Training Programs: Design and implement tailored exercise programs that suit individual needs, health conditions, and fitness objectives.
• Instruction & Safety: Demonstrate proper exercise techniques, ensure safe execution, and minimize risk of injury.
• Progress Monitoring: Track client progress, provide constructive feedback, and modify training plans as necessary to optimize results.
• Education & Guidance: Advise clients on fitness, nutrition, recovery, and wellness strategies to promote sustainable healthy habits.
• Motivation & Support: Encourage clients to stay committed, overcome challenges, and maintain consistency in their fitness journey.
• Equipment & Environment Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe training environment; ensure all fitness equipment is properly used and maintained.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Certified Fitness Trainer from K11 School of Fitness Sciences preferred (ACE, NASM, or equivalent) with minimum 1 year of Experience.
• Strong understanding of exercise current fitness trends.
• Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills to engage clients effectively.
• Prior experience is preferred but not mandatory for energetic and dedicated candidates.
