Foreman

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Construction Foreman to oversee daily on-site operations and manage construction teams. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate construction site activities.
• Assign tasks and monitor workforce productivity.
• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications.
• Maintain project schedules and meet deadlines.
• Enforce safety standards and site regulations.
• Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project managers.
• Manage site materials, tools, and equipment.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain records.

• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (Civil Engineering or related field preferred).
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in construction or site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
