CLEAND – Franchise Pre-Sales Team

Roles & Responsibilities

 

1. Lead Management & Initial Contact

·       Handle all incoming franchise inquiries from website, social media, campaigns, WhatsApp, and referral sources.

·       Make first contact within 10 minutes of lead generation.

·       Qualify leads based on interest level, investment capacity, location, and readiness to proceed.

·       Enter every lead accurately into the CRM with proper tagging and follow-up notes.

2. Franchise Opportunity Pitching

·       Clearly explain the Cleand franchise model, investment structure, ROI expectations, store requirements, and unique brand value.

·       Share brochures, LOI drafts, financial projections, and reference videos as needed.

·       Conduct structured “Franchise Discovery Calls” to understand potential partner background and evaluate fit.

3. Lead Nurturing & Follow-Up

·       Maintain a consistent follow-up calendar for all warm and high-intent leads.

·       Address objections related to investment, profitability, timeline, and operational concerns.

·       Move leads smoothly through the pre-sales funnel until they are ready for a final closing call with the Sales Head.

4. Territory & Location Qualification

·       Check whether the requested franchise territory is available.

·       Coordinate with the CRM/location mapping team to confirm exclusivity.

·       Brief prospects on expected demographics and Cleand’s location standards.

5. Documentation & Pre-Contract Coordination

·       Share the latest LOI, franchise fee structure, and official communication material.

·       Guide prospects on the documents required for onboarding (KYC, location photos, etc.).

·       Ensure leads understand the steps from LOI → Agreement → Store Setup.

6. Financial Qualification & Payment Guidance

·       Ensure prospects are aware of the Earnest Money (₹2,36,000 incl. GST), Franchise Fee (₹6,00,000 + GST), setup cost, and operational expenses.

·       Explain payment timelines and Cleand’s formal bank details.

·       Coordinate with accounts team to confirm receipt of payments.

7. Scheduling Closing Calls & Site Visits

·       Book meetings, Zoom calls, or in-person visits for the Sales Head or Franchise Manager.

·       Arrange for site visits and ensure all documents/photos/videos are collected.

·       Maintain clear communication between the franchise prospect and the internal team.

8. Pre-Onboarding Guidance

·       Help prospects understand key onboarding steps: Location approval, store design, branding, manpower deployment, machine timeline, training.

·       Ensure prospects have realistic expectations regarding operations and timelines.

9. Daily Reporting & CRM Hygiene

·       Maintain detailed daily reports on lead volume, calls, qualified leads, pipeline status, LOIs sent, payments pending, and forecasted closures.

·       Update CRM with accurate lead status and actionable follow-up notes.

10. Collaboration With Cross-Functional Teams

·       Collaborate with Franchise Sales Head, Operations, Branding, Accounts, and Legal.

·       Ensure smooth transition from pre-sales → sales → onboarding.

11. Professional Conduct & Brand Representation

·       Represent Cleand with professionalism in all calls, messages, and interactions.

·       Communicate confidently, politely, and knowledgeably.

·       Uphold confidentiality of all franchise documents and data.

12. Performance Metrics (KPIs)

·       Lead qualification rate

·       Response time to new leads

·       Number of discovery calls completed

·       Lead-to-LOI conversion ratio

·       Lead-to-payment conversion

·       Weekly closure forecast accuracy
