Job Description
- Job Title: Franchise Sales Head (Work From Home)

- Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily webinars for potential franchise investors.
- Take regular follow-ups with hot/warm leads and drive them toward closure.
- Prepare and present high-quality presentations during webinars and one-on-one calls.
- Achieve monthly franchise sales targets consistently.
- Maintain CRM discipline and ensure timely updates on lead status.
- Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding, documentation, and support.
- Contribute to improving webinar scripts, sales pitches, and presentations for better conversions.
- Required Experience & Skills:Minimum 2–4 years of experience in franchise sales (F&B preferred but not mandatory).
- Must have experience in handling investor inquiries of ₹10–15 lakhs ticket size.
- Excellent communication skills with strong convincing ability.
- Experience in conducting webinars, seminars, or online sales presentations is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and meet monthly revenue targets.
- Work From Home Requirements:
- A quiet workspace with professional background for webinars.
- Laptop/PC, high-speed internet, and basic accessories (mic, webcam, lighting).
- Ability to conduct 2–3 webinars daily as per schedule.
